You need to follow these steps: First, you have to sign in for an account to easy check your order. Second, put the products that you want to buy in your cart. Finally, check your order information carefully and place an order.

Oh no! This is probably because our advertised products usually sell out very quickly so it may be that they are no longer in stock! Unfortunately, our Customer Service team is unable to help with stock queries, so checking out back in stock is your best bet!

Once you have placed an order you will shortly receive a confirmation email. To ensure that this goes into your inbox please add gravityrings.shop@gmail.com to your contacts, otherwise your confirmation email may end up in your Junk/Spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email please contact us.

We allow returns of all items within 15 days of your order date. You have to send us an email with your order number and an unboxing video that can see almost the angles of the package. Then we will check the video and send you a return label if your order number and unboxing video are valid. Here are some conditions: The package must be unopen. Items must be unworn and unwashed. They cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. Items must have all tags attached.

Unfortunately, we do not refund delivery charges on any orders cause we have to pay for our shipping partner.
